There's plenty of acreage at The Grove to plan all the outdoor activities for your group.  Check out the trails , the picnic pavilions, a 5 acre lake, a huge pool, large sports fields and so much more.

If being super active isn't  your sort of thing,... just relax.  The Grove at Red Oak Lake has 75 acres for you to get away, relax and roam at your own pace.

Facilities

grove_hallThe facilities here with The Grove at Red Oak Lake are sure to provide all your needs for a successful event.  With plenty of lodging room and dining room, any group from 6 to 400 can be very well provided for.  Even larger groups can use the beautiful 75 acres for tent camping of 1000 campers or more.  The Grove Plantation Hall is our 350 seat dining center.  The great kitchen facility is here to provide some of the best snacks, brunches and full course meals for your group.  Meals are a big part of your adventure here and we know that.  It will be our pleasure to see to it you receive great food to meet your groups desires and expectations.   The Grove Plantation Hall is an awesome place for church group dinners, family reunions, wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions and ceremonies for all your occasions.

pioneer_lodgeWhile over night visits can be as simple as bringing your own tents, there is also a great lodge here at The Grove.  Our Pioneer Lodge will accommodate up to 88 guests with two large sleeping quarters and a snack kitchen, meeting room with a lake side view, deck and both an indoor and an outdoor fireplace.

The Pioneer Lodge requires a minimum of 40 guests to reserve for overnight lodging.  The lodge meeting room can however be reserved with any size group on a daily basis but over night groups staying in the Pioneer Lodge receive first priority.

cabinsAll along Pioneer Trail and Chickasaw Trail here at The Grove, new renovations are happening right now for the 2010 lodging season.  The Grove at Red Oak Lake has lodging for small and large groups. Our Bunkhouse and Cabins can accommodate from 6 to 306 guests.  All are equipped with new AC and Heat.  The Cabins will lodge up to 10 guests in each and the Bunkhouse will lodge up to 26 guests.  Currently, the showers and bathrooms at the Bunkhouse are being remodeled and brand new shower and bath houses are being built on Pioneer Trail and Chickasaw Trail.  We have heard from our guests of years past and are making some improvements based on some of their great suggestions.

There are several other lodges and pavilions here including Chickasaw Lodge, Settler's Lodge, and Trailblazer/Backpacker/Hiker Pavilions.  These are all great places for meetings and events you can schedule just for the day.  See our Reservation Request Page for more information on how to get your group reserved at The Grove!
